Campbell Clinic Coaldale - Pharmacist (P/T)

The Primary Care Network pharmacist will work collaboratively with patients, physicians and other allied health professionals within Alberta Health Services at the Campbell Clinic Coaldale. They will provide clinical services as required for challenging, complex and chronic care patients including, but not limited to, medication reviews, drug education and consultation with other health care providers. The PCN pharmacist will work collaboratively with patients, physicians and other allied health professionals.
